A time when everything revolves around genuine, authentic and long-lasting experiences. It's all about getting out into nature, immersing yourself in tradition and, of course, enjoying yourself. We'll show you one of our favorite places: the 400-year-old Eberhöfl in Val Martello, where farmer Monika shares her passion for South Tyrolean cuisine with us. Here she cooks real classics with us that are so fresh they could have come from the garden (at least some of the ingredients ;). And if you fancy something crafty to take home as a souvenir, Irmgard's braiding workshop is the place to go.
